By submitting a property for underwriting through this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Proprietary Property: All properties submitted to us for underwriting shall be considered proprietary to our organization. This means that your submission is treated as exclusive and confidential, and we recognize your role in sourcing the opportunity.

2. Compensation Expectation: If the submitted property is sold, assigned, or otherwise transacted as a result of our underwriting efforts, direct or indirect, we reserve the right to receive fair compensation. This may be in the form of:

   • A wholesale fee,

   • A joint venture arrangement,

   • A referral fee, or

   • Another mutually agreed upon structure.
